Pathetic service from KAFF and Amazon,
[...]I have requested for installation, amazon mentioned that the installation request is closed and asked me to contact KAFF directly.
I contacted KAFF customer toll free number that doesn’t connect at all, even if connected you will be put to the loop saying all representatives are busy and will attend you shortly this happend with me 3 to 4 times, I tried their whatsapp instead which is useless no response on it as well. I emàiled KAFF but no response yet, I even logged ticket through their website no response yet.
Kaff service is pathetic, this I am seeing even before the product is installed l, I believe I may have to struggle on this after installation as well. So I thought to return it but to surprise there is no return option but replacement. Thanks I am just dead stuck with carton box which is unopened for me and bad customer experience from both KAFF and Amazon

The motion sensor and other aspects of the product is good. Kaff is kaff, quality of build is decent.
