   The media could not be loaded.

   Filter is ok but Firstly got a filter with fitting problem so i went with replacement option and just see what i got in return a broken one, very disappointing. Seller need to be honest with their customers.

   Before you are going to buy this product you must read this review first.
   Initially the product was looks really good and filtration process was also looking nice but the problem came after 20-25 days of usage.

   My Experience:-

   Really bad product, I generally used to pour already filtered water purchased from local vendors in my area but still the UF membrane started clogging and when I cleaned it for first time the particles of charcoal came from it, Its really shows that the product is having manufacturing issues in designing which really problematic for long run.

   I would really like to point out some other issues which I’m facing today as well-

   1. for warranty claim you have to carry this product to service center there is no home visits for this line of products from kent.

   2. Service center always have their own justifications for your query they don’t want to accept that there is a problem in their product rather they will blame you that you have higher expectations.

   3. Company will assist you to clean the UF membrane whenever you are feeling the water is clogging but what if it’s clogged every 2nd day this makes this product really inconvenience to use.

   4. Customer care and service center personnel are also looking so irresponsible toward this product they are so casual and ignorant , if they feel that there is no issue in product and you insist them to replace any part of it they will ask you to pay money even if the product is in warranty.

   Conclusion-

   Please don’t go for this product at all otherwise you will suffer a lot like me instead you can go for old traditional ceramic water purifier, I think it will work well than this so call advanced product from the so called reputed company who only wants to serve who purchased their expensive products and take budgeted products as inferior.

   Pros:
   – The water we get from the municipality would show white cotton like residue after I would keep it in the refrigerator for a while. This purifier does remove it and the water stays crystal clean.

   Cons:
   – Requires clean up every few months
   – Can take a while to purify so not ideal for a family with more than 3 people. You will have to keep refilling often.
   – Wish it had a 3rd tank on top where I could just dump unpurified water as it is because the current design needs you to pour water through the first filter directly so it is a bit of slow process waiting for the water to drain through the filter of the upper tank.

   Side Note:
   – Drain the first couple of rounds of filtered water as it will be black due to the first use of carbon granules in the carbon filter.
   – TDS doesn’t show any significant change. It was 120 before the filter and 100-110 after filteration.
   – Taste does change a tad bit bitter.
