   Please don’t buy this kent, since Oct’24 I have bought 3 kits and water quality is going from bad to worse. Also there is some confusion b/w amazon and kent regarding product warranty and service which will not lead you anywhere, please DON’T buy.
   Also, as per kent they don’t take responsibilty of 3rd party buys, after much discussion they gave a service request no. where technician will not visit to check water quality but ask you to take the purifier with kit to service centre, which is ridiculuous for a purifier. I have used product since 2019, never faced problem with kits sold through amazon till Oct’24, but since then it is bad and kent service not acceptable. Highly not recommended.

   It’s the most genuine Spare Parts Kit. You can go for it with closed eyes. The product and packaging was spot on.
