There is no after sales service. There are no helpline numbers in case of issues. If you call the khaitan company toll free number, they tell you to find the gas stove agency near your residence and seek help. Wonder how amazon sells such products on their website which provide warranty but no helpline numbers to avail the warranty?

Absolutely horrendous! If there was a zero score, I’d give it. Grew up using Khaitan products, but the experience with this one tells me that their quality is long gone and it’s only about profit now. This one is a safety hazard

Good Gas Stove. Works as expected.
However, the piece that I received has a defect. Nothing serious, the product can be used for regular cooking.
Defect is, the stand on which the pot rests during cooking has 4 prongs. They are unevenly adjusted for the height and hence the cooking pots wobble when the pot is put on the gas stove.
All three stands have this issue, Also, whenever the gas burner switched off the burner goes off with a gargling noise that ends in a “Bhoop” (Can’t explain this noise in any other way :) ).
Thus indicating that product check during manufacturing and then checking in Quality is not even on the mind of people who are making and marketing this product.
