I had very high expectations for the KINGSMITH WalkingPad MX16. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing.
I faced major issues with the product not matching what was described. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. As a customer, I expected to receive the correct model and to enjoy the features and quality that were advertised, but my experience was the complete opposite.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. I urge anyone considering this model to double-check all details and be very cautious before making a decision. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made.

Item came damaged. I have paid extra for installation and installation has not yet happened. Amazon does not call or inform the technician to come for installation and will not help on the customer service number. They even hang up calls when you try to get help. Do not trust Amazon or vendors who sell big-expensive products when you pay beforehand.
