highly don’t recommend this item. I’ve tried it in several restaurants when I go out I have to drink water so I figured this would be a good thing to test the water however it is not lit and it’s hard to see the numbers that are on the device, you cannot read what the reading of the water is that you’re testing not recommended nice package and nice looking totally not functionable . I passed it off to my wife and she had the same problem trying to read the numbers.

It’s very good product. Sturdy. Come with a nice case and tiny manual. It can measure TDS till 9999ppm. How to measure is mentioned on user manual.Can be used for wide range testing from drinking water to waste water. Very easy to use. Also has feature of measuring temperature. If it’s durable for even 1 year. It’s very good deal for laboratories where extensive testing is carried out. I loved it.

Good at appearence function,
We are scary of water quality at times. If the water source is municipal supply, or from borewell or unknown places. Even though water is clean and transparent, it may be contaminated with disolved solids. This product can measure and give a good idea. We tried all varieties like mineral water, supply water and borewell water. TDS varied from 10 water purifier to 300 to 440 supply to 750 borewell. We also tried pinch of salt, sugar and stirred it well it rises the TDS levels to 700, 800 and more.
Also has temperature sensor which adds value to utilise.
Good meter at cost. Also comes with a nice pouch.
