Not satisfied with product, not even last 3 months. Water taste is same as before. Tried to contact customer service team they ask me more money to visit and even they came they suggest me to buy new one and extra other 2 filters..

Worst product,.. Within 20 days it stops working,( tds in our house I’d only about 350), however after that customer care rep has called me and asked me to return the product directly to their office for change as it is under warranty.

Update:
After my review here, I was contacted by the manufacturer and sent me a spare one.
This product stopped working in one month.
I asked the manufacturer to claim warranty since amazon says 6 months warranty.
You must send courier the product from wherever you are to uttar pradesh and then they will decide if they its manufacturing defect or not.
How ridiculous that you must bear the transportation cost which in my opinion will be higher than the product cost itself.
If I were you, I wouldn’t buy this product or any product from Konvio
