Near FATAL DISASTER.
STAY AWAY. IT WILL COST YOUR DEAR ONES THEIR LIFE.
Background – Our mother who went thru a cervical C1 C2 fixation surgery. Falling is almost fatal for her. Falling would make the titanium plate which is Saving her today, a Weapon in her neck.
Within 7 days of using it, Today while sitting, fhe weak revert gave in and she almost fell. Diving grace she had a care take beside her.
The claim is it can take 100kgs and our mother is around 63 kgs.
BTW – We never bothered to ask for a replacement for the initial issues on the Rubber grip (which was totally deformed and hard) and the metal rod. (Not sure if the metal had a problem or just the paint/polish.
Very Very Disappointing and Absolutely Casual approach for products that can cost people their lives.
