Book has not been delivered. Ridiculous that it is not possible to report non-delivery of item. –
Very light and flexible. Excellent purchase for walking support. Easy to manipulate even when weak. Much better than wheelchair if you still value independence.
[...]I wish there was a user’s booklet. Not sure if I accidentally gor rid of it.

It is very important for seniors to exercise and be mobile. To that end this is a great product.
It is light weight. I picked this over others just for this reason.
The brakes are good, also the locking mechanism.
We have been using it on the paved walkway in front of the house — not on Indian streets which can be brutal.
The seat and storage are great ideas. You can store cell phones, papers etc, and use them when sitting down.
I had problems with assembly, so had to look at YouTube multiple times. It would be best if the mating/corresponding rods had individual labels (A to A, B to B etc) to make assembly easier. But once that was figured out, it all came together very well.
I hope the wheels/tires are available as spares after some use.

Came with a lot of parts and knobs , 4’wheels 2 of them with long cables that connect to brakes . Assembly instructions is a joke – see attached photo . The legs are numbered but then the wheels are not. Ok value , seems light weight , yea on height adjustable and foldable . Ok with comfort padded .

The rollator is very light and sleek. Loved the maroon colour. Easy to manoeuvre and very strong. It was ordered for my father who is suffering from Parkinson’s for 10+ years. This rollator has a very good quality seat. When tired from walking, it is comfortable to sit on it. The brakes are also good. I would suggest that the manufacturer improve the quality of material used for the handgrip, but in itself it’s not so bad now. There is also a basket which is very handy. I would certainly recommend this product.
However, when the we unboxed we could not assemble it because one crucial bolt was missing. There was no contact number of the seller available, so we contacted Amazon. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they first offered Rs. 50 as refund. When we insisted on sending the bolt (because without that bolt we just cannot use the Rollator) Amazon increased the refund amount to Rs. 100. We found the seller details on Internet, contacted them, and the very same day they dispatched not one, but TWO bolts. The lady who spoke to us was very kind and helpful.

Great product. My mom loves it. She now goes for a walk daily with the walkator. She is very happy. It has a compartment to store small stuff like hand towel, water bottle etc. she collects flowers from the society garden in it and brings home.

Good product but No user manual!
Assembling the handles and armrest is not diffcult. Along with the nuts and bolts, there are 2 curved plastic washers. At first i didn’t know where to fit them. Later i figured out that they go with the nuts and bolts of the handles. Handle height can be adjusted. There are push pins.
But i didn’t know where to keep the basket. I was keeping it wrongly and it was hindering the movement of the 2 front wheels. Later i observed from the product photos that the basket goes under the seat. To place the basket, lift the seat and place is under the seat.
There is a black strap under the seat. I don’t know what it is for. Also, there is a bracket and cup-like thingy at one side of the frames. I don’t know what they are for. (See attached pics)
Not providing user manual can cause problem like this to customers. The company should give user manual or create a youtube video and print its QR code on the product box.
If customers don’t know how the product works and uses of its features, they are not getting full benefits from the product. This amounts to deficiency of service and it is punishable offence.
I chose this model mainly because of the footrest. I don’t need the basket and paid for it needlessly. Basket should be optional and price can be reduced for those who don’t want the basket.
Tip:
How to keep it standing after folding when not in use?
Push both the handles down to make the rear wheels locked (auto lock). (Refer to the product photos on Amzon prodcut page to know how to auto lock.) Then fold the rollator. As the brakes are for the rear wheels, keep the rollater standing on the locked wheels after folding. If you keep it standing on the front wheel, which is not locked, it will roll.
My verdict:
It is a good quality product if you have spacious area to move about. Else, it is not good to use in house if there are clutter and lack of space. For use inside house with limited space, cheaper model with 2 wheels maybe suitable. Floor surface should be even. Else, the front wheel navigation doesn’t move smoothly (one wheel not touching the surface) as per my experience.
