For the price we paid, the product is quite useful. It is quite sturdy and can be used by my mother easily without any worry. The height-adjustable feature is quite helpful too. The product overall is quite compact and can be kept aside when not in use. The quality seems good so far and will know only in due course.

If you go to offline market the price is same 1200, it’s upto you whether to buy online or offline.

The walker I purchased was completely unsatisfactory. Within three months, it began to corrode and is now deemed unsafe for further use as all the paint has flaked off. I have been a loyal Amazon customer since 2016, but this experience has caused me to lose trust in the platform. My entire family is now hesitant to purchase similar products from Amazon. I am willing to provide photographs of the walker I bought if necessary.

Overall it is sturdy, but it had dents. Paint was also chipped from some places. The item did not come in a box, it was just in a plastic bag. Better packaging could have prevented dents and chips.
