I used this filter on an overhead tank.
[...]The filter cloth has a plastic outer covering, which traps air when the cloth is wet, which then creates pressure in the cloth and doesn’t let water in the filter.
I removed the filter after 2 days of use as it was not working at all.
Now I can’t return it as well.
