Got a faulty product ,checked and verified by Lenova that it is faulty • Needed this in urgency due to a job requirement , Amazon customer care agent not helpful at all just sticking to policies.
Spoke to a manager, who dint understand the requirement and played a voice game stating I am rude and ended up saying I have to disconnect the call.
I am not sure why amazon does not look into this things. Placing a manager who can’t understand the situation and does not provide help in escalating. Disconnects the call on my face by using a trick ” sir sorry I have to disconnect”.
Hopeles customer service. When a laptop can be delivered in a day definitely a replacement also can be provided within 2 or 3 days. They should not keep repeating the “10 day replacement policy”

[...]Screen is wide, good display, metal body, lightweight, smooth interface and fast; Sound is average, battery stays for 3 hours if playing movie or working. Otherwise it stays beyond that. For the price range its good buy. I bought it in prime day sales.

Reviewing after few days of usages!! First I was confused about this laptop because of the no review ,it’s a great laptop for basic use & for professionals.
Pros-
-The build quality is so good 👍🏻with metalic cover,
– the design is very slim sleek and smooth
– keyboard quality and keys are good, ☺️ and enhanced with backlight.
• Processor i7 with 13th gen H series is beast very much satisfied
• Both memory card and hard disc are upgradable as per requirement.
• It comes with 3 month free gaming pass.
-Battery life 50Wh is also average max 4 hr to 5 hr depending on usages ,
CONS
[...]– Brightness is bit low have to set in 80 to100 range
– speaker sound is average!
– only 60hrz refresh rate not satisfied
Overall it’a good laptop ♥️ 4.5/5

6-8 hours Battery Backup
Uper Lid is metal.
2. Pros
Performance wise very good.
Keyboard is also good with backlit
Overall Build Quilty is average.
Display Quality is also good but not best
Cons:
Batry backup 3 hours on an average or highest 4 hours.
Heat level is also normal but yet I don’t go for any highend workload let’s see in future

I’m writing to escalate my ongoing issue with the laptop delivered on 15th July. Despite multiple contacts, I haven’t received a satisfactory response or resolution.
The issues remain:
– Laptop appears to be refurbished, not new as advertised.
– Warranty on Lenovo’s official website shows only 9 months, instead of the standard 1-year warranty.
I’ve contacted Amazon customer service several times, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any updates on the replacement request. I also forwarded my concern to the Amazon Grievance Officer, but still, no response.
I request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt replacement with a brand-new laptop that comes with a full 1-year warranty.

Laptop was delivered to me on 5th August. Very good laptop , battery backup is good being a H processor , if people are looking for a very good battery backup laptop go for U processor which is designed for it . Regarding few comments on the same laptop warranty issue that only 10 months is provided inspite a 12 month warranty claimed by Amazon, So I would like to explain one thing yes I did faced the same problem and Amazon care executive was not at all able to help me Regarding it ,they were clueless ,as a result I had to make few research and I got one thing that Lenovo makes a deadline for the base warranty to a retailer say for example Mine warranty was activated at 30th may 2025 so it was the day when my retailer purchased the product for his store and I made purchase from him on 4th August 2025 I.e 2 month gap but not a big deal Lenovo site allows you to change the purchase date as per our individual purchase date I.e for me it’s 4th August 2025 and just like that I was able to make the changes ,it took 24 hr to reflect the full 12 month warranty. Otherwise no issue till now.
