Have been using LG window AC for more than 20 years, same AC without any repairs, due to long use wanted to change and chose this model. The installation was on time and spot on and the Service Engineer explained all features and gave his contact number in case I need help in future.
This AC is really good in terms of its cooling and all other functionalities. There is an option where you can choose to save your power also. Since I strongly support LG brand for Air conditioners will definitely recommend to go for this model should all other criteria of purchase are agreeable to you.

Really happy with 1.5 ton ac will check how much bill is generated but room becomes very very cold I have 3 more acs of different brands voltas not that great, samsung good till new, Hitachi good but LG is best

The product is good overall, cooling and noise level is excellent. This is the lowest noise level AC (~26 db) you can find in 1.5T range comparing with other brands. The AC is compact too which I liked but doesn’t affect the cooling even though Indoor unit is small in size compared to my old Samsung AC. Some of the Modes like AI, Viraat mode are gimmicky as I felt those are just for marketing the new 2023 line up and most people generally use the AC in normal mode running the AC in 20 to 24 degrees as per the requirement, so these modes might not be very useful. Also for anyone comparing this with the 5 star model, this model does not have 4-way swing or Wi-Fi as those are the only extra features provided in the 5 star Wi-Fi variant so if you need them you can go for 5 star model but in general and in my use case, 3 star is more than enough as this AC has ISEER value of 4.0 which is higher than other ACs that has 3 star rating and as I only use the AC during summers and very occasionally in other seasons.
I was skeptical ordering from Amazon after reading some of the negative comments on the Seller’s profile (Dawntech) but the product was delivered timely here in Hyderabad and had no issues with the seller. LG Installation was superb as well, it was installed on the same day with LG professionals who installed it within 35 mins, kudos to them. Overall, this is a good AC and although it is slightly priced higher compared to other brands in the same category of 1.5T – 3 star, but you get a good product and LG’s reputed after sales service.

Ac runs fine. Service was also good. What could have been better is they could have given some more accessories like a longer water pipe and an ac stand. Had to buy these additional items and the total amount paid to get one ac installed came about 40,000 INR, which is high.

From my experience I would suggest not to go for LG barnded ACs. One month back I bought LG 1.5 Ton 3 . Star AI DUAL Inverter Split AC. After 5 days of delivery engineer came and installed and gave demo and left, after 30min from the indoor unti water started dropping even though it was cooling the room. I called the same engineer he did not come so next day I raised one complain. The service negineer came and said sir chassis need to be changed which may take 2-3days based on availability of equipment. After lots of followup after 11days they they came with chassis and checked again and said sir its not chassis rather cooling compartment needed to chang. Again i waited for around 12days. Every time I call customer care they will say we will send a esclation mail, at last they gave one number and asked me to speak. That person is saying sir PO has been raised material has to reach. In the mean while now AC is not cooling anymore. By the time I am writing this I am still waiting to get this repaired.
[...]Just to add on in month Jan 2023 I bought another LG 5 star dual inverter AC as well for my other house, but that was offline. That was installed by LG engineer but after around 40days of installation it stopped cooling. When I raised complain the engineer came and did high level inspection and told while installation they might have done something wrong. After 2days again they came and checked by opening and said no sir installation is ok but gas is not there when I asked if installation is OK then how gas leak happened he said some story like sir it is very hot and humid outsied sometimes it happens. I was really surprised to here.
So out of these two LG AC experience I would suggest better go for other better brand though I can not suggest which brand as I am not an expert.
But one suggestion if you are purchasing LG brand then do installation by their engineer else they will put all problem on those guys and deny for providing free solution within the warranty period.

The product itself is great—I’ve been using three of them already. I love how silent the AC is and that it doesn’t cause any issues. However, my experience with installation service was disappointing. The fitting cost they charged me was ₹8,000. The person who installed the unit even asked for money while kneeling, and when I asked for a bill, he gave me a false one. I insisted I wouldn’t pay until I received a proper invoice. They also charged ₹3,000 for core cutting. The product is labeled as being from 2025, but the manufacturing date is November 2024. I contacted both Amazon and LG, but they both said it was my issue. After four days, the AC was finally installed, but now I realize the product is from November 2024. I ended up paying ₹8,000 in total for installation and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I’m sharing this so others are aware—not even big companies are immune to fraud.
