Racks are getting rusted after a year of using …when compared to Bosch which my friends are using. Parts are not covered under warranty or AMC..

I bought this product in January of last year and it has not worked even one day since.
I have been trying to get support to which the LG support team opens the case, without contacting me or visiting the premises, they simply close the case as – no issue with the machine. After over 4 months of enduring this, I raised the issue with their higher-ups, who reassigned the email back to the same service provider without checking history. Now I am almost at the end of the first year of this appliance which, has been non-functional since day 1.
LG is scamming people by selling this lemon of a machine. DO NOT BUY THIS.
