I’ve been using this LG 343L 3-star refrigerator for a year now, and it has been an excellent purchase. The fridge works flawlessly with no issues so far. One of the standout features is the alert sound when the door is left open for over a minute, which is very helpful. The partition sizes are well-designed, providing ample space for organized storage. Overall, a great fridge with efficient cooling and thoughtful features. Highly recommended!

Pros:-Fridge is Excellent in Its Outlook, Interior.
[...]Liked better than Samsung in design and look as I have to return Samsung’s due to Delivery Person mistake by laying down flat on floor to remove cover while unpacking which should have been cut open.
Liked Fruits Drawer convenient to use. Function and Temperature Selector location inside which is less likely to be damaged compared to outside as used rarely.
Also Controller and Inverter etc location on Top better than backside.
Operation is silent and cooling is as required in Both Freezer and Veg Section.
Being convertible is advantageous.
Mostly will save Electricity bill being 3 Stars and Annual consumption of 215 Units, though difficult to assess and depending upon Loading and Numbers of times door is opened.
Liked wheels/ coasters one side for ease of mobility.
Cons:- Small 8 Eggs tray, which should be full door length for more eggs.
LG Demo guy was in so much hurry only to get good feedback. Took 5 Minutes only to Installation and another 5 Minutes to Explain.
Better check and tick Demo and Installation list yoursef before signing. And questions if required.

I had purchased it in January 2022. It was smoothly working without a glitch until February 2025, when certain engineer came for software update, without any prior notice from the LG neither call nor sms. Then it broke down in March last week which got repaired in 2nd week of April. I had paid for service (never mind) and for extended warranty as we thought we might need it and ofcourse for some concession in the price of replacement part.

Because it broke down again next month. Although, it didn’t cost and extra dime, but everything inside was wasted and ruined. Milk, curd frozen beans or corns, off season vegetables which we stocked just to throw them away.
Still, I will appreciate it repaired within a week. But just to broke this month, august 2025 just after nearly two months. And same food got wasted.
It might get repaired but I think it will broke down again maybe in the span of three months this time. Thank goodness for the extended warranty because it’s the only feasible solution because ofcourse no brand won’t take back the product as it is repairable whether it might suck the patience out of you. Which will ran out of me if it got broke down again.
Moral, don’t purchase it, it will broke again and again. And you will regret ever purchasing this nuisance. Just like me. Because no one going to buy it second hand with more than 80% of the price I bought it, but of course they will buy this nuisance at the hike of 20% or 40%.
And yes at the time of exchange you just get pennies for this junk.
I hope this review got passed to the consumers because last one doesn’t which was brutal truth in Hindi with abusive words (मन की भड़ास) by my little brother as his favourite dessert got ruined for the occasion of Rakshabandhan which was kept a night prior. It was too late when we realized that there is no cooling in fridge as it was showing no problem on the panel inside which had happened last time too, meaning no warning. But this time it hurt it bad. That’s why it was heartfelt words of hurt. But the truth.
I miss Kelvinator.

1. Super Fast Delivery :Bought the fridge on evening around 8 PM, delivered next day afternoon. By 4 PM, LG technician reached for installation and technical guide.
2. Look wise it’s awesome, no scratches or dents observed. Well packed.
3. Space wise, it has lot more space to store, you can adjust the height according to the slot available.
3. Cooling wise, it cools the stuff fastly, since it’s winter it’s in normal mode. No frost seen after 2 days usage. Freezer has very ample space which is needed in the current COVID situation.
4. Covertible feature: Techincian has showed this feature which changes freezer unit to storage unit.(might use in future)
5. Quietly operating, no sound at all, running smoothly.
6. Techincian suggested to use a stand which would cool down the compressor from bottom as there is clearance( not needed if you have open space). I could see the difference before and after using stand(costed around ₹1300)
Nice buy, would post one more review after few months of usage.

Worst product from LG. Fan unit in freezer burns every 2 years and has been replace twice. Lg service center servicemen blames LG for designing faulty product and launching in market. It’s an expense of 5k every second year.

Purchased the item way back in March 2021 for my inlaws and since then it has been in use. It’s working beautifully.
1. Its as shown in the picture, color & design
2. The space 360 ltr gross is sufficient for a family of 3-4 people.
3. The vegetable bin, at times I found it small when I am loading it up with a kg of 4-5 items.
4. The 3 shelves provided will hold your stuff well & nicely. But tall containers can be an issue.
5. The metal piping tends to lose its sheen & develop black spots probably oxidization, a problem in the NCR area.
6. The LG service guy came the very next day to put it in order. This is also one of the reasons I prefer buying their electronics.
The seller was Cloudtail India & it was an Amazon-fulfilled service.
