Used this product for a month now …it is easy to operate for old people too it’s that convenient…there is no noise …there is detergent tray ..and doesn’t occupy much space …good product in cheap rate

The washing machine is good. I just feel the door should have had a soft-close feature
[...]it would’ve been much better. But overall, it works well and can be trusted, as only LG and Samsung make reliable washing machines. Also, please use LG’s drum cleaning powder regularly to maintain the machine’s lifespan.

The delivery person refused to open the box for inspection, despite clear delivery instructions. He said installation guys will do it.
First installation guy cancelled on me because he himself came on wrong time. He scheduled installation time and then came a several hours early. It was then automatically reassigned to another person. The second installation guy was supposed to come between 12 and 1PM. He came at around 11:30 when I wasn’t home. We had a surgical patient, and infant and an elderly at home. It was so difficult for them to manage the installation. Moreover, the delivery guys refused to put the machine on the stand we purchased and started pushing my family to buy and LG stand only. In addition to that, they asked for a code from my family saying it was installation code, I got a call from home and shared the code, only to realize later that they fooled us, it was a customer ‘happiness’ code.
[...]I am to call a plumber for proper installation now. Very bad service. Don’t buy big machines on Amazon.
