Dear Customer care for LifeLong
We have been using your various products for our daily kitchenware.
We were looking for new Gas Burner buying by changing old one.
Based on the previous experience with lifelong , we decided to go and select Gast Burner 4 stove.
We purchased the same via Amazon on Nov24. Attached is the receipt for the same.
Twice this gas stove gave connection issues. Additionally burners kept sounding, we got it fixed. Each time we gave 150₹ to Gas Service person as house hold work should not stop.
Today suddenly gas stove knob came out and heavy gas leakage started on. Fire was uncontrollable. Gas stove connection with Cylinder was turned off. As of fixing knob and leakage testing – we do not wish to risk the life hence we have kept the product shut down.
This is a STRONG complaint for the product either to get it replaced or give us refund.
Its not even one month and such a bad experience, 3 times failure and todays incident was life threatening. DO NOT make such product or delivery without doing right quality inspection as this will cost some ones life.
We do not want to toss a life just for sake of mere few thousands. This product has surely made our morale down and changed our view towards lifelong.
