I ordered this Lifelong yoga mat after seeing good reviews, and I must say, totally worth it! The mat is soft and thick (6mm), so even when I do yoga or floor exercises, knees don’t hurt. Grip is also solid – no slipping even during Surya Namaskar or planks.
Looks nice too, with two colors – my wife also liked it and now she uses it more than me! Material feels premium, and it’s lightweight. I take it sometimes to the park, very easy to carry with the strap they’ve given.
Overall, very happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for a good mat for home workouts or yoga, just go for it. Desi households will find it useful and durable.

6mm thickness hone ki wajah se floor ka hard surface feel nahi hota, cushioning bilkul sahi hai – joints pe koi pressure nahi padta. Iska anti-slip texture mujhe sabse best laga, sweaty sessions ke baad bhi slip nahi karta.
Roll karne ke baad easily store ho jaata hai aur lightweight hone ke kaaran kahin bhi le jaana easy hai.

Good quality yoga mat. It has a great cushioning which is very useful which workout. During planks and other workouts, its keeps the knee and elbow safe. Also, this mat doesn’t slip at all, has a good thickness and the length is perfect since I am tall enough. Its my go-to for my regular exercise and can’t do without this one. I love the colour, comfort, material and the anti-slip feature of this product
