Product is fine. But installation of prefilter took 2 months…despite several calls to technician…who also called said he would come and didn’t turn up! Other than that seems to give bit more minerals in the water. Storage ok only for small family. Look good. Tap is auto off. Overall good.

Good purifier, but poor installation experience.
[...]The purifier is affordable and works well, but the technician refused to set the TDS level, claiming it’s automatic, even though it has a TDS controller. Now the TDS drops below 50, which isn’t ideal. Also, the pre-filter is sold separately, and you have to pay extra for pre-filter installation.
