It is one of the worst fan I bought, i bought this fan in the month of March 25, but after three months only it’s dead in terms of speed and suddenly it’s started rotating in anticlockwise and speed also gets slow down.Its seems like fan motor/coil they don’t put genuine and although it was in warranty.
[...]Secondly customer care no also not reachable most of the time, everytime IVR saying agent is busy attending another customer.After week or 10days agent will call and ask to fill the form using the link that they will share through WhatsApp and asked to send the damaged part to our warehouse through courier and in return they will send the new product because they don’t provide home service.
At end I had bad experience with this brand and I would suggest other don’t go for it..

Big Big fraud company. Never ever buy anything from Longway(one tail). I bought a ceiling fan and after installation it was making a sound. Since the product came with 2 years warranty I call them but there customer care is always busy so they asked me to fill up a form. After that I receive a call from their agent and asks me to send a video of the fan to their watsapp number. So I did that and after some time they said that your fan is working fine and this is not a valid complaint. They refuse to send a mechanic. THEY DO NOT HAVE HOME SERVICE. So ultimately despite the fan is not in proper working condition and also despite having a warranty card..I have to continue use this unfit damage product. BEWARE before you buy anything from Longway. Their customer care agent was not at all helpful. A big FRAUD company doing business in Amazon.Â
