Please avoid buying this product.
I purchased it and used it around 10–12 times, and then it completely stopped working — it’s totally dead now. I contacted customer care, and they shared a service center address. But to get it repaired, I need to send it via courier, and the courier charges are higher than the cost of the product itself!
That’s when I realized: why bother with low-quality products that don’t even last or work properly? It’s simply not worth the hassle. You can’t even grind basic spice powders properly with this — it’s a complete waste. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been using the Longway Supreme Dlx Juicer Mixer Grinder for over 2 months now, and I must say it’s easily one of the most powerful and efficient appliances I’ve bought in recent years. The 750-watt motor delivers excellent performance – whether I’m grinding soaked lentils, preparing dry masala powders, or making smoothies.
The 4 jar set is really helpful for multitasking in the kitchen. The chutney jar is perfect for small batches of coriander or coconut chutney. The wet grinding jar makes idli/dosa batter in a breeze, and the juicer attachment extracts juice from apples, carrots, and even pomegranates efficiently. I love the fact that the motor runs at a 2200 RPM speed, making the process much faster.
What I appreciate the most is the build quality – the body is made of durable ABS plastic, and all the jars are rust-proof, which is a must in Indian kitchens. It’s also very easy to clean and doesn’t stain or absorb odors. With the 3-speed control knob, I can customize the operation depending on the task.
Also, the glossy white and blue finish looks premium and blends beautifully with my modular kitchen. The product comes with a 2-year limited domestic warranty, which adds peace of mind.
If you’re someone looking for a multi-purpose juicer mixer grinder under a budget, this one ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend it for home cooks and small families
