I got duplicate product. The serum is very watery and smells like sanitiizer. Its not at all like serum and the shampoo is also not too foamy. If possible i want to return this product and i want my refund. Paid too much money and got worst product
I just recieved the product today and I’m very disappointed with Amazon as they allowed to send such unsealed products. I dont know how the product is but I found it watery and also the body looks old and it came as it is as shown in the picture. The product is expensive for a serum the least I can expect from Amazon to be recieved in a good condition and it is even more disappointing because I cant find an option to return! same problem with the l’oreal masque. no seal no nothing.
