   The product itself is very good.Very compact..and easy to install…
   Can be placed in a compact space.
   But I am a bit disappointed cause the delivery box was possibly tampered with.I ordered from cloudtail for 2999 Inr.
   The box didn’t contain manual instructions nor warranty card.

   However the product was new and I could register for paperless warranty.

   The invertor can take load of three tube lights…three fans…and charging of a laptop…
   Operation of all devices is smooth and the humming sound due to square wave is tolerable…

   Product itself is good.But delivery by Amazon was below satisfactory.

   A honest review about the inverter, it’s really worth the money. Other products available in the market are more expensive. Got delivery with two days after ordering. The inverter works totally fine and is really good so far with no problems. Really easy to install if you are replacing the old one with a new one. But if it’s first time installation, assistance might be required regarding the wiring and all.
   One touch. Instant switch, since I’ve connected my WiFi router and TV to the inverter, which doesn’t restart when power goes, the delay of switching is less which doesn’t make the device restart. The delay is almost negligible.
   Really a good product better than most of the products available in the market which are of high price.

   Bad experience with this Seller. The delivery date was 3 days after order. But Seller delivered the inverter 1 day after the promised delivery date, that too a faulty inverter, which was not powering. The pack inside was previously opened and covering was badly fitted together inside the inverter box. Completely disappointed because I ordered an Urban Company electrician and had to pay money irrespectively. There was no option to return on Amazon site, but only could exchange. Even amazon agent could not help me on phone. Only option Amazon agent gave me was to refuse the order while exchange. Finally after 4 days, the exchange was arranged, which I duly refused and they took back the faulty inverted. The refund of money was initiated after 14 days. So it was 3 weeks of nightmare. Completely disappointing.
