Bought Luminous iCruze 3000+ to ensure continuity of power supply for life support medical equipments during power outages.
I think there is no better alternative than Luminous iCruze in its category for home usage. It looks and works great!
Would have been better if the company could provide installation service instead of letting the customer figure it out.
The saving grace in my case was that the distributor Mr. Pawan personally went beyond his comfort zone and helped me as best as he could and got the installation done, but then I experienced the after sales service inadequacy firsthand.
If anything needs improvement, it is the attitude and promptness of the service engineers who need to be trained treat customers with more responsibility.
No doubt the equipment and the distributor network is good, but there is scope for improvement in the post sales services.

So I decided to buy a new inverter!
But when I opened the box, I found its front
panel broken and the top side damaged..
luminous inverter is working properly good so i decided Use it as it is..

I bought it primarily for my home lab, using it in UPS mode coupled with 150ah tubular battery. Performance and quality is certainly adequate but it does make noise(the fan at the back). Durability remains to be checked and I hope it will be outlast my home inverter. Power supply is configurable so the one can customize the charging current for different battery setups. For me it is value for money but for others looking only for the inverter and no fancy features there are many cheap alternatives available on Amazon.

since purchase (2yrs) earth leak is showing on the MCB after electric meter. Not able to get rid of this fault. Initially thought it is from the cousumables. Not possible to exchange after 1 month of purchase as the seller is no more with Amazon.
