Fabric quality is OK though can be provided a better one for this Price. It just has the elastic thing and no zippers or provision for a belt etc., The pattern is too narrow below the knee making it not look like an authentic Cargo wear. Check the length of the pants before buying as it is a bit short in length (XL was not good enough for a 5’8” adult. Just have two external pockets on the sides and have regular pockets in the front. Overall style is just OK and not great for a Cargo pants.
