I had doubts if it will suit my robovac 35c, as it’s spec said 14.4V 2600 mah. The communications with seller was very easy, he cleared my doubts over WhatsApp chat and also shipped the product on my preferred carrier. The battery works fine, my robovac runs for around 1 hr 7 mins now.

Seller customizes the connector based on a picture of your old battery you can share through Whatsapp. Exact replacement of the original. Eufy customer service is still yet to get back to me about my enquiry on an original Eufy replacement battery many months back. This battery is certainly better than the original. I get easily 120 minutes of run time on Eufy 11S in standard mode. This review is after I have used the battery for 3 months (use Eufy twice a week every week).

Exact fit and perfectly mating connector for my Eufy Robovac G30 Hybrid. It works better than original Chinese battery. It is also charging well. Very good performance now. After few days I will return if any complaint occurs.
