I am posting this review after using the MAXPRO PTA 460 and also taking in consideration about other treadmill that I have used. I was bit skiptical about buying Welcare treadmill as I have never used or purchased this brand equipement. I found reviews to be good but then at times reviews can be deceiving. I must say Welcare has exeeded my expectation and checked all boxes in terms of Quality, Packaging and after sales service.
[...]1 I have found the packaging was very thoughtfully done to ensure not a scratch or dent appeared on the delivered product. An extra fitment was attached to ensure tradmill is not dislodge or opens to avoid any damage. That is an extra mile because that fitment is not part of standard treadmill packaging. Good Job!
2 Most important point ! The after sales team is understanding and are not Pushy like Powermax, trust me I have suffered a lot due to unwanted calls from Powermax after purchasing their treadmill during lockdown. Its a nightmare to answer repeatedly to Powermax customer care on how good is their product that eventually it turns your mindset into disliking the product due bombarding of calls from after sales.
Note – Powermax quality is not bad at all but after sales and customer care is nightmare(or childish).
3 Quality – Now this also depends on your weight and the maximum weight capacity treadmill that you choose. My weight is around 90kg and the max capacity of treadmill is 130kg so I found zero cons in terms of activity like walking, jogging or even running. No lag in display or functionality..Auto-incline works flawlessly and its not jittery or shaky. All Program and mode works perfect.
Conclusion : Thank you Welcare, as long as you maintain the same standard, I will keep buying
your equipment.
Last but not least..Thank you Amazon for this great experience with zero hussle and complete peace of mind.

[...]DO NOT waste your money and buy this product. I got the best model treadmill and within 20 days of purchase (after the return window was over) , there was motor problem which fully got changed, then there was stabilizer issue and now there is noise issue. In the span of 3 months of purchase, there has been multiple issues and the customer service is worst because they cause unnecessary delay in getting the product fixed. Only the initial visit is on time and after that you have to wait forever for them to provide you resolution.
I don’t know how the equipment pass the testing phase. This is worst product as my usage is only 20 mins per day at 3.5 speed. This was purchased for my mother who is diabetic so she can exercise daily at home. However, the amount of trouble this product has caused us can’t be explained. The company is unreliable and not at all trustworthy. Do not buy any of their product so such fraud companies can be shut down. They just cheat customers by taking our hard earned money and in exchange give us malfunctioned product.
Maxpro- Maximum sale of faulty equipments and pro at looting customers. That’s the real meaning of your brand. Shame on you!
