I bought this product on 9th september 2023 and installation happend on 14th September, this is my first hands-on experience using a dishwasher, listing the experience i had using the products
Pros:
-very simple program.
-Cleans vessels really good, i tried intensive, normal, eco and 90 mins modes. Intensive, normal and 90 mins heats the utensils well with water, eco heats little less but runs longer.
-With dishes properly kept, my dishes are cleaned pretty well with no stains on it, one or two dishes has some power or residue due to improper placing. Would be practiced as you do
-all plates, spoons, tumblers, small vessels used for whole day can be placed. We are a family of 4 and we use it once a day.
-i bought this for less than 16k which is awesome when compared to other brands
-it has very minimal noise, doesnt feels like its there. Everywash cleans the product inside itself, dont have to wash again. Midea made an awesome product at affordable price.
-must have product to put some burden off of those who cleans dishes
-i would suggest to purchase stand online as if you get stand from technician you would have to pay high price
Cons:
-As this is a 8 place settings, cant expect to place big vessels, cookers etc as that itself takes whole place and cant fit other vessels. Big vessels and alluminium vessels are cleaned manually
-Installation did not come with the product automatically, i reached out to Midea support and scheduled for installation. I called first where the information was not passed, i used email support again to schedule which gave me a litttle run around. But the installed it perfectly.
No further info as of now, after one or two months usage I can post the power consumption

first of all this dishwasher has become my friend. now i don’t have to worry about maid all night whether she ll come or not in the morning. thats the no.1 reason for me to buy dishwasher. secondly this cleans all type of dishes aluminium plastic and steel. the key to get clean utensils is detergent and i must say finish is the best. 1 whole month my utensils were shining with finish product but i wanted to try cheaper so i bought vim in offer. it leaves residue on utensils. so buy only finish product. i suggest to use half tablet as it is half sized machine. this way i got to use 25 tablets for 50wahes. i run this machine only once in a day and i wash milk pan by hand only. when we cook lot of food i run it twice. when there is less soiled utensils i run it for 1.35 hrs or else i run it in eco mode. we usually get power bill 1100 but after dishwasher we got 1450. so overall including dishwasher detergent and power it comes around 600 to 800 which is way less than or equal to paying maid. but if u r lazy to even load the dishwasher then dont buy it.

I had the plumbing work done from beforehand so installation was extremely easy.Once delivered I had emailed mideacare asking for their help for installation.Surprised by their instant and prompt reply.Got installed the next day.Got complimentary tabs and a small rinse which the technician used for demo.Cleaning is quite good.Most importantly the dishes come out hot and sterilized-so convenient and feel good.I think this was an excellent buy.Midea has good service in Kolkata

Minimalist –
The sent defective pcs the wheel of upper tray is broken I sent back straightaway. I purchased this in 14500 no I came to know why it is in less price. Good that amazon refunded 100% money back. they refuse to replace because only 1 pcs was there and it was defective now that I have returned back this pcs in store again for more than 18K I hope they not send the same pc to new buyer. Strongly suggested to do open inspection at the time of delivery and dont share otp especially check the all wheels.

It’s a great help in the kitchen. Utensils come out sparkling and disinfected. No more stinking glasses, bowls reeking of eggs, unclean spoons.
The house help is so J 😁.
You will need a pipe converter, from 1” to 1/2”

Cons
1. Countertop version might need to be run twice a day, some larger utensils (परात) will need to be hand washed.
2. No installation support and local plumbers are a bit clueless
3. Detergent box fails to open sometime, or partially open
Yet to check if it indeed has power outage memory. Can’t say about after sales service yet.

I was looking for a Dishwasher specially a 8 place one as I have space constraints and my family consists of only 3 persons. Washing mechanism is simple and easy user friendly , anybody can operate the machine. Cleanliness is good of course you cant expect burnt or heavily soiled utensils to get cleaned. But the cleaning quality is much better than hand. This size sufficient for a small family. Midea service is good as it backed by Toshiba and Carrier. In case there are too many utensils you need to use it twice. We mostly use the eco mode. I have made a dedicated video on YouTube about the product.

I chose a smaller capacity dishwasher. In hindsight I should have taken a bigger one. A dishwasher makes life comfortable but of course its’ not hassle free. One still has to clean the dishes of any leftovers and even scrub if there are oily or burnt marks, and arrange the dishes properly in the washer. The issue with this washer is sometimes dishwashing tablets or powder are not fully used up. These leave marks on the dishes and dishes don’t get properly washed. Mostly the performance is satisfactory.
