Fish oil is good and it’s effective..y stamina increased a lot, felt good overall.
Still I get fish burps,but when I have it before my lunch and dinner, it’s normal. Also I deep freeze the fish oil to reduce burps.
Shilajit I haven’t tried it yet.
Edit: I don’t care about the serving size. If you compare it with other competitor it’s still the same cost.
