I have already been using the NG earsafe comm product for more than a year and I find very good.
Now purchased the lite model as I need it for teavelling. The comm model is good for indoor calls. Wish they had a detachable mic since using it while travelling makes me look like a call center executive.
Pros:
– Light weight
– Better sound quality than comms model
– Decent battery back up for one day usage.
Cons:
[...]– some issue while I use the device for Google meets as people in the meeting are not able to hear me clearly.

1. The voice quality is worst. There is crack in voice it’s like pre 2000 kind of of tech.
2. Not comfortable using while sleeping or resting your back to the wall.
3. You can almost here anything of outside environment while using this earphones.
