Fit to any Purifier machine, pumping also good.

I Purchased this product when my inspire motor pump stopped working recently after a great durability of 4 years . I was searching for a good rating pump and came across this product . As the ratings are good , I thought it is a good product and they mentioned it has 2 years warranty . After I received this product within a week the pump stopped throwing the pressure . Pump starts for 5 seconds and stops . This keeps happenings .I decided to get it checked with vendor but here comes the wonderful conditions when it comes to warranty .
1. After they receive the product , they will check it (not sure the checklist )and if found damaged then they will send a replacement and also they say they will refund the courier charges.
2. If the product is good , they will send back the same product with no return of courier charges .
Support :
– The support team consists of only person it seems and the response is also not that great .
– when you call them , they will send a text message .
Overall the product is not value for money and it is not that great . I am posting this feedback because others should not mentally disturb with this product .
I sent my product to vendor via DTDC , I have to see what they are gonna say about .
I will share my feedback about the checking they are going to do on my product .
