I have bought both the orpat and amazon solimo brand heaters..
Both function the same way and are ideal for small rooms to heat up..
I felt the heating capacity of orpat to be on the slightly superior side and also the quality of material used is superior grade than amazon brand.
Both the cable lengths are almost of similar length
The orpact feels compact enough and a little smaller than the amazon solimo.
The amazon heater consists of an additional fan speed setting knob although it doesnt function effectively and just looks for show purposes.
If you get both the products at the same price then prefer to go with orpat.

Easy to use and instant heat once you turn it on. It’s very compact. You can also use it as a desk fan (there is no speed control). It has a low humming sound, a little more than a stand fan (Can be soothing for some). It can heat up an average single room within 30 minutes given your doors and windows are closed. Just be aware that this will consume a little more than average tube heater which are a bit slower.

2. Long lasting
3. Low maintenance
4. Very good for small closed spaces
5. Portable
Cons(Ignorable though):

2. Not that effective for big spaces
3. Attracts dirt and cleaning is quite easy
