I purchased this chappal based on its promise of orthopaedic support. Initially, it was very comfortable and gave good support to the medial arch. However, within just a month of use, the foam in the medial arch support flattened completely. Also, the heel area has developed a visible dent, which affects the overall comfort and support.
If you’re making orthopedic chappals meant for people with foot pain or arch issues, the material quality should be durable and lasting. Sadly, that’s not the case here. Disappointed with the purchase I expected better quality and longevity for the price.
