I am writing this a bit late, but I wanted to share my experience.
[...]What I received was completely spoiled. The liquid inside had fully separated and turned watery , there was no uniformity at all. It looked like the oil and other ingredients had broken down, making it unusable. Definitely not safe to give to pets in this condition.
