The media could not be loaded.
I had multiple options in the local market for 1/3 of the amount but i paid 4000 plus rupees on this just because i thought i’ll get a reliable torch from phillips. Turns out i get a torch that doesn’t turns on and yet the battery keeps on draining so fast without the light even turning on. And now when i speak to customer service representative, they tell me they’ll investigate for 5 days and then decide what to do. So disappointed with the product and the service.
