The product comes with a trimmer and a shaver head. Although the trimmer head works fine, though not perfectly, but the shaver head is nothing but a huge disappointment. Plus the product wasn’t returnable and the replacement service wasn’t up to the mark and time consuming (almost fortnight). The product causes cuts on sensitive skin (pp area) for which it’s actually made.
Suggestions: 1. Better to purchase from other sites, offering return policy on the product.
2. Also, there is a huge scope of improvement on the quality of product, given the standards of Philips and also the expectations with it.
3. Also, explore other options as epilators which comes in the same price range in the market.

Purchased 2 years ago, still going well. It is functional, handy and safe to use. Very less chances of nicks and cuts, though I am sure newer models may give a smoother shave. The number of heads available in the kit is just right as it does not bulk up the kit too much. After 2 years of use, I can say that it is worth the price. The device is light and portable. Not having to carry a charger everywhere an additional advantage.

Very disappointed with this product. The Philips Bikini Trimmer does not trim properly at all. It completely fails to trim small or fine hair. I had to go over the same area at least 5 times, and even then, the hair was still there. It’s frustrating and time-consuming.
For something that’s supposed to make grooming easier, this was a letdown. I expected better performance from Philips, but this trimmer simply doesn’t do the job it’s meant for. Wouldn’t recommend it.
