    Model GC097 is handy and very light weight iron. It is not at all suitable for chinos, denims. Heats very quickly. Suitable for travel and synthetic garments. Overall finishing is very good. No additional package is used during despatch.

    Horrible product. The iron is not getting on even when plugged in. Pathetic experience with a brand like philips. Even had consulted the technician he said there is manufacturing defect and can’t be repaired. So I had to replace the item. There is no option to cancel so I am apprehensive how the next product comes . Philips brand is getting spoiled because of such Horrible experience.
