   3 star because the mixer is good but makes lot of noise and sharp sound.. Thinking philips is great brand ordered it but bit disappointed with quality.

   Got the product and it’s not working. I have the same model mixer previously, since it became old bought a new one. Got a defective product. Tried all the self help and technical helps. Seems the motor is defective.

   I got to know today that electronics products like these (mixer grinder) are not replaced by Amazon, it will be done by Philips service centre. It’s supposed to be written in the terms and condition section which I did not read while buying ( who does such details). Now it will be a nightmare to get service center guy come home and take the product or replace it or repair it.

   It would be much better to go to a near buy store and buy Philips products than buying in Amazon. As replacement of defective product Amazon is not responsible. I was not aware else would have never brought the product from Amazon site. Good Learning.

   Purpose to buy from Amazon was to be hassle free if there are delivery issues, now a defective product is customers responsibility to deal with manufacturer and get things sorted. So sweetly the Amazon service centre guy explained me. It can take 4-10 days to get this sorted, he does not have any ETA also.

   Kindly dont buy Philips or other electronic products which Amazon does not take responsibility for replacement.

If you’re okay with a bit of volume and double-check the accessories, it’s a dependable kitchen workhorse.

   Really nice product, the size of the jars are appropriate and most importantly the motor is very strong. Grind turmeric stick and the performance is amazing, it converts it into fine powder, which is amazing. Although a bit heavy but that absolutely satisfied with the end result of mixer and grinder. Easy to use and comfortable with minimum noise. Overall till now worth every penny.

   Amazing must have mixer i always trust the brand this has 3 jars and the powerful moter makes it the best option sleek design fits in easliy any where and also very light weight doesnt take much space and the material of jars is so good easy to clean 3 different jars have different uses definitely best deal at the price
