I didn’t get the charger with the Radio.Then how can I use it?

DOES NOT COME WITH CONNECTOR CABLE , or even an operating manual , i ordered in dire strait situation of war like situation and imagine it’s sitting on the table without charging or even knowing the size of the battery ., atleast add the cable if not give a precise manuals.. or the least send it charged just enough to check if it works .. it’s not expected from philips .. i m doubting if it’s actually an authentic philips equipment

Philips Radio is not working . Unfortunately I couldn’t return this as long as return window was open. Now I regret having purchased this online. Is is possible to replace this? Warranty period is still valid. The tuned station on FM only generate static and hissing. Suggest me service center to get this problem fixed.

Good in quality but it doesn’t come with the connector cable so need to spend extra on that or the batteries. And the return options are also very limited

Disappointed with the Quality and Performance
I expected better from Philips, but this radio has been a letdown. The overall quality feels cheap, and it doesn’t perform as expected. The biggest issue is that it struggles to catch signals properly, making it almost useless for radio listening.
Additionally, the DC power port is non-functional, which is extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, Philips didn’t even include the necessary power adaptor, which should have been supplied in the first place.
Overall, this product does not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Small and efficient radio – They are not providing the Ac to DC Adapter. The radio doesn’t come with additional power on/off switch. If we scroll the sound button full low it will turn of. It is loud enough with good reception.
