Really good product, I initially thought 5w would be less for my balcony, seems Philips 5w light did not disappoint me.
The brightness for a small Balcony is good. If you have a bigger balcony then you can add 4 of these in a series and should give you good brightness.

Cool white, 3 watts, small in size,like a palm inside size, hard to mount and lock in a normal roof without central hole ceiling. Giving enough brightness for my attic. Light weight. It functions very well. Satisfied with the purpose.

We hv been used this lamp for a few months. Initially the brightness during power cut was good but after a few months of usage its brightness has reduced considerably during powercut. Brightness is further reduced after a few minutes of usage. When there is power the brightness is ok but the purpose is defeated as for which this battery powered bulb was purchased is not served and the price for normal bulbbis much lower
