   A few months ago, I purchased this juicer. It has greatly satisfied me. There seemed to have been an issue with the delivery system in place at the time, so I had to deal with some bother before I finally received the items. A very kind and sorry delivery lady delivered it to me two days after they said they would. As soon as he explained the problem, my frustration instantly decreased.Although the product’s package had some damage, I was nevertheless pleased to find all the parts and the instruction manual. Although I have tried a lot of juicers in the past, this Phillips Viva is the most practical one thus far. It requires very little preparation on my side and produces several liters of juice in a few minutes. Very large vegetables only need to be cleaned, washed, and chopped. I quickly juice whole carrots, white pumpkin, whole radish, whole cucumbers, lettuce split into four pieces (to fit in the chute), etc. I must simply remove the strained veggies from the pulp container and empty the juice into another container if I have more than 750 milliliters of juice. I put spinach in the juicer, and it produced a considerable amount of juice. I gave it four stars because, occasionally, the pulp gets wet. In these situations, I save the pulp until the very end and put it back into the juicer to extract a few more milliliters of juice (I guess I am stingy).

   Cleaning, to be honest, after the juicer is finished, I add water and then disassemble the machine to give every part a thorough cleaning with a sponge, soap, and water. It’s lot easier to clean than my old juicer, albeit the strainer does require a little scouring under running water. Avoid using a bristle brush and scrubbing. No fruit or vegetable fragments got lodged in the strainer’s pores or sharp edges! No toothbrush, etc. is required. Friends, it’s so simple! My Phillips Viva juicer is fantastic, and I heartily endorse it to everyone! This juicer is nearly as nice as the Breville one I used at my daughter’s house in the US. Of course, the Breville juicer produces more juice and a dryer pulp. It is inexpensive, cleans well, produces more juice, looks fantastic in your kitchen, and takes up less room.

   I’m updating it after a few months and would like to make a small note. If you buy it, please remember to unbox it on camera because the body plastic is quite brittle. Make this a practice with all costly products. Okay, so this juicer sucks out the last drop of apple, carrot, and beat, but when I tried oranges, the pulp was too wet, with at least 25% remaining. Many people in reviews recommend to re-juice the pulp, however after spending a lot of money, it can’t do as well as a manual juicer. Still, I’m not going to lower the star rating. It’s still good and can break fruits in seconds.

   More than the product benefits and negatives, I will explain some basic things that might help you if you are considering, “Do you really need a juicer at home?

   “Yes, I do need a juicer,” I replied, recalling that I used to purchase and consume large quantities of tropicana juices. However, I discovered that it’s still less expensive than preparing juices at home, since it’s difficult to obtain a wide selection of fruits at affordable prices in India, at least in Mumbai. Think about these things, then make a decision:

   1. There are high-quality 100% juices like tropicana, genuine.
   2. How much room do you have to store the fruits and vegetables you plan to use for juicing? because large amounts are always required for juicing.
   3. Do you have the time and resources to locate high-quality fruits and grind them into a tiny amount of juice?
   4. You lose fiber if you don’t consume the fruit, even if you’re health conscious. Additionally, the bite-like flavor is impossible to experience in a single drink.
   5. It will permanently take up room on your kitchen platform. It will sit there whether you utilize it or not.
   6. The juice never tastes or looks as good as it does in the package or when we get it at a restaurant.
   7. Regardless of how costly the fruits get, would you actually utilize it every day or at least once a week? If so, take action.
   8. You can use a regular mixer to prepare some juices, such as strawberry, watermelon, and melon.
   9. I don’t want to come across as negative or depressing, but the main advantage of owning a juicer is that, although you can’t eat one kilogram of apples at once, you can crush them in this machine and drink two glasses of juice—or whatever juice you get—all at once. You can’t accomplish it without a juicer, then. Increase your intake of vitamins devoid of fiber and pulp. Additionally, several fruit and vegetable skins that are often indigestible by humans can be turned into juice. For example, the skin of a watermelon has more chlorophyll, which builds blood, than the fruit itself.

   Product Review:
   It’s undoubtedly a good juicer. It extracts the last droplets from the pulp. You can get about a jar’s worth of juice from 1.25 to 1.5 kilogram of apples. It takes more effort to screen the sludge.

   If the fruits are not small enough to roll through the neck, you still need to cut them. Try to juice as many fruits and vegetables as you can with the skin on if you purchase this juicer.

   I am somewhat dissatisfied with this since the plastic parts appear brittle and individuals have shared pictures of broken plastic. Why would Phillips make a costly juicer out of such material? Why, Phillips, why!

   It’s still a nuisance, but cleaning is simple. In particular, the mesh I appreciate you reading this far. I’m hoping this will aid in my decision-making. I would recommend getting one and making it a habit to juice something every weekend if you can afford it. It’s a really useful cooking tool despite all the exercise. It can be a very special present for elderly parents or other family members who are unable to eat and taste everything they once could.

   I’ve been using the Philips Viva Collection HR1863/20 Juicer for a while now and am really pleased with its performance. So far, I have extracted juice from tomatoes and mosambi, and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. The juicer extracts a significant amount of juice with minimum waste, and the pulp is extremely dry, demonstrating its efficiency. The 2-litre volume is more than plenty for my requirements, and the whole design is stylish and durable. It’s also quite simple to clean, making the entire juicing process less stressful. Definitely a good pick for anyone trying to get into a healthy lifestyle with fresh, homemade juices. Highly recommended!
