I purchased this product in 15th January and I opened it after around 14-15 days
but unfortunately received it faulty.
And within 15 days after the same, I contacted customer service to report the issue. Despite following up numerous times (5-6 times) over the next 60-70 days, I haven’t received any proper support or resolution for a replacement or repair.
This frustrating experience has significantly impacted my perception of the customer service. While the product itself may be good, the lack of after-sales support is a major drawback.
