    I exchanged the product due to some issues. I had a great experience with their delivery service. I was worried that if I returned the product, I might not get a new one. But they came within 3 days, delivered the new product, and took the old one back.

    In general it looks nice. Time will tell. The one thing that confused me was the sticker on the lid with an arrow showing the closing direction (counterclockwise). Turned out that after half an hour trying to turn it and lock it I realized the sticker was mistakenly placed and the arrow should have be pointing the other way (clockwise).
