The product seems to be amazing but, i just open the product there is a dent on the cap, which is disappointing. I tried to place a replacement request but the replacement product is expected on 30th which is almost 11 days from now. I have ordered this product on urgent need. Where a new product seems to be a used product. I hope both Amazon and the seller have to ensure the quality checks before dispatching the products. Poor experience, great disappointment.

This product is not leak proof for travelling
[...]This is good and after filling hot water the lid not closes easily than other bottle or flask this is beaten by amazon other brands flasks ans bottles i purchased both but this is best if no leakage and more heating and cold time it stored hot water less than 8hour cold water also less than 8hour so this are big disadvantages of the product so overall this is good choice on top 5 you can buy this if seller improves in quality by giving feedback to pigeon
