Sorry to say that the quality of this product is very bad as we are unable to take dosa to turn another side either by wooden laddle or steel. This is so thin that dosa will burn in middle and remain uncooked on outer rim. No matter how good you do the seasoning dosa/uttapam will stick on the tawa. Cooking is uneven, dosa will burn in the center and remain uncooked on the outer side. Have been using amazon brand cast iron products since long, never faced uneven cooking or food sticking issue . Utterly disappointed in pegion tawa as this is only ok for making chapati.

No protection for handle in this modern era they are not providing atleast a handle that will keep you safe from burning everyone in my family hated this tawa also it start rusting in just 2 daya such a nonsense product.

The quality of tawa is not good .. the complete tawa is cast iron also the handle so once it get heat not able to hold .. Not at all suitable for dosa. Product could have been better
