   If you are facing EO error after connecting to power source and turning the device on, please don’t panic. The hot plate doesn’t work unless an utensil is placed on top of it. So please keep something on the hot plate and only then turn it on.

   I have a recived a faulty Pigeon by Stovekraft Cruise 1800 watt Induction Cooktop With Crystal Glass,7 Segments LED Display, Auto Switch Off – Black.

   The issue with this device is that it works completely fine for few minutes and then automatically shows an error without even touching it and then turns off itself automatically.

   I would like you to inform me further for the cures or a possible solution for the issue with this device.Or get me a help at my place to repair this device.

   This is the worst product and brand i have seen in my life. I bought this and when i opened it . It was looking like Bad quality product looks like some local company product . When i used it first time my room lights were gone because of short circuit in this product . Seriously very bad product. Im using Prestige induction from last 3-4 years but no issue at all and the build quality is also good. I thought prestige is a good brand but never the less this is really a cheap brand dont purchase this. Im also not sure about the service they provide. Doesnt look they have a dedicated service center also.
