I purchased this product in 15th January and I opened it after around 14-15 days
but unfortunately received it faulty.
And within 15 days after the same, I contacted customer service to report the issue. Despite following up numerous times (5-6 times) over the next 60-70 days, I haven’t received any proper support or resolution for a replacement or repair.
This frustrating experience has significantly impacted my perception of the customer service. While the product itself may be good, the lack of after-sales support is a major drawback.

Product is very good. Light weight, handy and Comfortable. Battery is not so good. Charging light does not switch off on its own we have to remove the charging wire on our own assuming battery is charged. Over all good product.
