Had to return the first one as the pull string did not retract fully and kept sticking every now and then. Thanks to their Hassel free return policy, I got another one which us working very well. Ideally, there should have been a ‘replace’ policy instead of having to return, get a refund and then reorder!

When my daughter brought her friend from India home and they cooked us an Indian meal, she came equipped with this little devise that her mother sent with her while she studied in the US so she could cook her native foods. Made in India, this gadget is my preferred chopper over my mini electric or bigger food processor. I cook a lot and always hate chopping onions, but now with this thing it is no problem at all!
