Upon receiving the item, we immediately noticed a significant defect: the auto-ignition on one of the burners was not working correctly. Furthermore, after just three days of light use, we found black soot appearing around all three burners, a clear sign of a serious manufacturing issue. I have attached photos to this email that illustrate the problem.
Given these issues, I initiated a replacement order for the same model. However, on the day of delivery, the delivery agent refused to accept the return, claiming that the product was used. This is completely unacceptable. It is impossible to identify these types of defects without a short period of use. This policy effectively prevents customers from discovering and acting on product faults

Not happy. High flame at start, no smooth flow of gas, while switching off it goes with a loud bang. I don’t feel safe using it. But glass top looks good, the burners have a flimsy stand too

I was very happy when I received the gas stove but later on experienced problems like 1. The centre burner is not get ignited with the auto igniter but with a gas lighter it is possible. After a week the gas leakage smell started coming even after replacing with a new cylinder. when the cylinder connected valve is closed smell stops. Looks like the centre burner and its connecting accessories may have some problem. Disappointed now and no idea what has to be done. Since it’s under warranty period you can help me by replacing the stove or arrange for a rectification if possible. Kindle arrange to sort out the issue asap.
