   Item is well made but has dents at the bottom due to poor packaging (no damage protection material used). Instead of returning it i decided to use due to urgent requirement.

   The product is not bad as it is able to hold the heat in very well. You can clearly not expect 4-5 hours of warmth. When you store it full, you can expect the warmth for about 2-3 hours. The thickness is pretty good. Unlike Milton, you don’t receive defective products out of bad luck. Go for it! It’s not bad!

   Crack mark on inside bottom wall and rust mark on inner wall of top lid, therefore returning the product. Robust construction and the Product quality is otherwise good but does not keep food warm for more than two hours. Picture attached for ready reference.
